There's a few things we really need you to know about what's going down at Zeenya HQ under Level 3.
We work with Courier Post to get your items out to you. They've asked all their customers to do their best not to put all packages out at once. This means that if you ordered during lockdown, your items may take up to a week to be shipped. The last thing we want to do is overload the service and items go missing.
Once you've received your shipping notification, it may take a little longer than the usual 2 to 3 working days to get your items. If you haven't received them by the afternoon of the 5th day since receiving your notification please get in touch either via firstname.lastname@example.org or by replying to your order email. We'll then get onto the service and find out the latest for you.
For overseas delivery, we've upgraded to ensure your items are fully tracked. We cannot gaurantee any shipping timelines at this time given the impact of Covid-19 on a global scale. But we will do our best to keep you updated.
Once you receive your items - empty them from the bag without touching them if you can, dispose of the packaging then wash your hands. This is the best way to avoid any contamination should it occur while out mixing with other packages.
If you've ordered presale items, we'll be staggering these out to the courier also - you can expect them to be all sent by next Tuesday (5th of May) at the very latest.
We're aiming to launch the Whirlwind NZ May in early May - so if you missed out on presales, have no fear! We're arranging a top up cut of these prints as some items have already sold out. This will include a custom size order so if you know of people wanting bigger sizes, next week is the time to order! No exact date yet when the top up will be available, but as always we'll do our best to keep you updated.
