Fit and fun in Whangamata

The moon is the only light we have as 25 ladies crawl out of bed to join me for an hour of fun in the beautiful beach town of Whangamata. Whangamata turns into small highway as the girls join me in various locations throughout the town three mornings a week at 6am for six weeks. Throughout the FitnessCamp the girls are put through their paces doing fitness tests (nix styles) sunrise boxing sessions on the beach, stairs, hill sprints, partner work, yoga and much more. I have designed my camps to encourage people to get out of their comfort zones, make time for themselves and to commit for the whole 6 weeks.

All workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels so no reason not to join in. It has always been a passion of mine to be able to do this, getting to work with some amazing, motivated and determined women I never thought I would be so excited about getting up at 5.30am to go to work but I just love it, and the amazing sunrises we get to see are priceless. We are just about to wrap up our 6 week camp finishing with a beautiful sunrise beach yoga session.

I am also doing a three week fitness booster camp starting on March the 27th then planning for the summer ahead, my goal is to get as many people in Whangamata fit, healthy and happy, Come join the fun!!
