This year, we’re offering a gentle 20-minute stretch session, guided by one of our Zeenya ambassadors, Eve. It’s designed to help you pause, breathe, and honour this time of reflection through mindful movement.

We’ve also created a Reflection Sheet with simple prompts inspired by the principles of Matariki. It’s yours to download, journal with, or talk through with friends and whānau.
